AUD/USD Weekly Forecast - 29 December - 02 January

Aussie pulled back in the course of the last week with a weekly closing around 0.8130 level. There were no major data releases from Australia whole week and trading was in a bit tighter range due to holiday season. As for next week we would pay attention to China's Manufacturing PMI figures.

EUR/USD Daily Forecast - 29 December

Euro spent less volatile Friday's session in a downtrend finishing it above 1.2170 level which offered support during the day. It was a less eventful session with some of the European banks being closed in observance of Boxing Day holiday. GBP/USD Daily Forecast - 29 December

Holiday season still affects markets and this was also the case on Friday, when UK banks were closed in observance of Boxing Day, so Sterling spent a steadier session, with a support around 1.5530 level. We believe that pair should find support around 1.55 handle on Monday, as there will be no data releases from the UK, so this is where we would consider buying the pair on a short-term basis.
