Greece turning page with Syriza

After yesterday's Greek elections in a televised statement, Mr Samaras said the nation "had spoken". "I hand over a country that is part of the EU and the euro. For the good of this country, I hope the next government will maintain what has been achieved," he said.
 
"New Democracy will remain ready to play a decisive role in future developments, as the guarantors of the country's European course."
 
"Greece is turning a page, leaving behind disastrous austerity ... and five years of humiliation," Mr Tsipras told, leader of Syriza. Syriza  looks set to have 149 seats, just two short of an absolute majority.
